Frank Mamola – Vice President and IT Manager

Frank Mamola is the Vice President of Jacques Catering. He brings over twenty five years of experience in the special events and food & beverage industry. He grew up in Staten Island, NY but moved to Middletown NJ when he was 15. He started his career at Jacques Catering at the age of 17 working from the bottom up. He started making deliveries as well as learning how to plan and execute special events.

Frank graduated from Seton Hall with a B.S. in Economics and used his new skills to expand and improve our company goal which is to provide “elegance and class on every budget." Since 2011, Frank has given his time and effort to numerous charities making sure children are provided with the necessary school supplies to attend school and is a contributor to the fine arts to name a few.

Steve Mamola – Property Manager – Jacques Reception Center

After graduating from Johnson & Whales University in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Sales and Meeting management, Steven joined the team at the Scottsdale Hilton Resort and Spa in Arizona to pursue a career in hotel management. In 2000, he decided to return to his roots and rejoin the family business that he grew up in as a child. He is focused on continuing the legacy that his family started and making sure Jacques Exclusive Caterers and Reception Center continue to provide the same level of food and service that our clients have consistently received throughout the past 60 years. “Catering is a passion that comes from the soul; it runs in the family and never dies. I am glad to be able to offer our customers the same passion for catering as the rest of the family, and to carry that passion on for another generation.”

Lisa Tevis – Director of Catering Sales – Jacques Exclusive Caterers

Since joining Jacques Exclusive Caterers in May, 2011, Lisa has demonstrated a superior knowledge of the industry and a devotion to her clients that is unparalleled. Growing up in the food industry, Lisa was “peeling carrots before I could talk!” She now displays that life long commitment to each and every client on a daily basis. As the caterer of choice for organizations such as the Drumthwacket Foundation,  E-Trade, and Ernst & Young, they rely on Lisa to manage their events and produce successful corporate events, no matter how large and logistically challenging they are.

Prior to joining Jacques, Lisa worked at such distinguished New York City venues as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Museum of Natural History, and Goldman Sacks. Always wanting to own her own business, Lisa left the corporate life and open The Oakland House Restaurant & Caterers in Red Bank, NJ.

After selling her business, she has now found a home with another family –run business. “Clients today are not just looking for fabulous food and décor, but also quality, value and a company dedicated to their dreams.”

Aimee Newby - Catering Sales Manager – Jacques Reception Center

Aimee began her career at Jacques Caterers over 15 years ago, becoming one of our most dedicated Catering Consultants, handling a multitude of high end events, such as tented farm weddings, Corporate Galas, and social celebrations. After progressing through the ranks, she has advanced to become our Senior Catering Sales Manager at Jacques Reception Center, bringing along her infectious personality, and enthusiasm for planning events.

Planning an event can sometimes be stressful and complicated for all the parties involved, but Aimee’s goal is to create an atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable and confident with the choices they’ve made “I make it my priority to be able to give you the day you have always dreamt about.” whether it be weddings or any special occasion, Aimee is always there to walk you through the planning process and see that each and every event ends with the most happiest of memories.


Ryan van Duyne – Sales and Catering Manager – Jacques Exclusive Caterers

Ryan started in the hospitality industry in New York City as an Event Assistant for high-profile corporate events where she specialized in research and presentation design. Moving into the hotel industry, first in Asbury Park, then in Atlantic City as a Sales and Banquet Manager, she is focused on the details. She managed event set up for a variety of affairs, such as weddings, sweet 16’s, bar/bat mitzvahs, reunions, non-profits, dancing and boxing shows, and birthdays.

Since joining Jacques Caterers in April, 2016, Ryan has brought a vast amount of experience to our team. Her focus is on large and small events as well as our newest venue, Jacques Caterers @ Jackson Crossing. Ryan’s bubbly personality and adventurous spirit allow her to personally connect with our clients in order to create a truly inspiring event.

Maria Cappasso – Catering Consultant – Jacques Exclusive Caterers

Family run businesses like Jacques Exclusive Caterers not only employ immediate family, but cousins as well.  Continuing with that tradition, Maria joined our team in 1998 and has been one of our greatest assets.  She is focused on building relationships and concentrates on the intricate details involved with every event.  Maria’s years of experience at Jacques has given her a keen insight into what make for the perfect event.  “All you need is great company, great music, and great food.  I can’t wait to help you put it all together!"
