In front of a beautiful handcrafted ice sculpture of their logo, we displayed an assortment of platters while passing delicious, warm hors d’oeuvres. In order to keep the fruit chilled and refreshing, we forwent the platter and chose to use to use the ice sculpture as more than just a display. This made the sculpture pop with color as it was lined with grapes and strawberries for everyone to pick on.
For station items, they had homemade hummus with pita chips, a crudite basket with an assortment of vegetables & ranch dressing, a cheese platter to make your mouth water and antipasto platter with marinated olives, mushrooms & artichoke hearts.
The passed Hors D’oeuvres were equally, if not more so, inviting. Some items were miniature Louisiana crab cakes topped with remoulade sauce, beautifully cooked filet migon sliced onto crostini before being topped with roasted red pepper & horseradish sauce. Our hand breaded and tightly bacon wrapped chicken rollitini was also a big hit.
