It was a beautiful, warm September afternoon when Erica & Russ were wed at Breezy Ranch. It was a storybook romance with a modern twist. They truly showed that the written words still have power and meaning when they met online. They knew instantly they had found true love. It was truly an honor to help create the perfect wedding for this new age love story.
The Hors D’Oeuvres Hour featured King Crab Legs, Shrimp Cocktails, Clams, a cook to order pasta station, and so much more. Dinner included Lobster Tails, Lamb and Veal chops within the wonderfully redesigned riding area. The whole night was topped off with delicious classic Italian pastries, Ice Cream Bar, with hot apple crisp and freshly made waffles. Of course we can’t forget the cascading chocolate fountain, or the dark chocolate cordial cups that ensured that the night ended on a high note.
Erika and Russ’ wedding proved that a rustic, outdoor wedding can be just as elegant and breathtaking as any indoor event. Everything from the specialty china to the horseshoe seating cards was wonderfully thought out and charming. The reception area had just the right amount of chic, classic touches mixed with bewitching western elements in a riding stable which was transformed the week of the wedding, with custom flooring and air conditioning.
