The Menu

The breakfast layout was done in a buffet style. This allowed the clients to relax and enjoy themselves before the meeting started. On the buffet tables were yogurt parfaits layered with fresh fruit and granola alongside several bowls of fresh fruit, rustic styled platters filled with two types of bread. The pieces of bread were a rich, light and fluffy textured lemon-blueberry bread and zucchini bread. Rather than going with a traditional coffee cake, they selected to have miniature peach-infused coffee cake with a light drizzle of icing.

Peanut butter granola apple bite kabobs were served in glass containers in a lollipop style. Behind this yummy treat seat, glass pitchers special made juices. On a separate table, we have a wonderful tea and coffee station. Since they selected an upgraded package, nearly everything was served in glass containers to give everything a more polished touch.
