Rebecca went for a mix of elegance and comfort when selecting her menu. The night started with passed hor d’oeuvres. Guests were greeted with hand breaded coconut shrimp, tequila lime chicken bites and chicken quesadillas with pieces of apples, cranberries and cheese baked in. Once family and friends were seated, Rebecca was introduced into the room and the main course came out.
Dinner was a buffet selection of hot items. This made it easy for Rebecca’s guests to mingle. The menu was pleasing to both the young crowd and the older members of her family. Some of the items were our penne ala vodka, a mixed vegetable tempura and our special chicken de stefano.
Dessert was a treat unto itself. Rebecca went for a tiered cupcake display with a small cake on top rather than one large cake.
