Dream Wedding
On a warm November day, Eric and Cassandra had the wedding most people dream of. In front of family and friends, they married their soulmates. They partied the night away celebrating finding true love.
Cassandra’s and Eric’s wedding was breathtaking. They went for a simple, clean look. Tall, slim centerpieces were placed on all the tables with fresh overflowing flowers. Even the cake was done in a manner (manner) to reflect the couples’ wish for fresh, clean and inviting. The room glowed with a soft pink that added a warm touch to the whole affair.

The Menu
Before guests entered the grand ballroom, they were treated to an amazing cocktail hour. Hors d’oeuvres were passed heavily while people picked at hot and cold items stationed about. Passed items included our southern fried chicken on freshly made waffle pieces, roasted strawberries on top of a crisp chip and miniature beef empanadas that were made on site. Cold station items were an antipasto display, marinated mixed grilled vegetables and a bruschetta bar.
Dinner was served in four courses. When guests entered, they were greeted with fresh fruit cups. After the happy couple was announced, the wedge salads came out. Guests had a choice of champagne chicken or braised short ribs for their main course. Both entree options were heavily praised throughout the night. Finally, dessert! As guests were served wedding cake, cheesecake dumplings were passed throughout the room.
