Everything on this page is drop-off. We cook it, pack it, and deliver it — you set it out and serve it yourselves. Most menus include paperware, heating racks and sternos, so what arrives is ready to go straight on the table.

Tailored Event Catering Services

Tell us the date, the headcount, and what kind of event it is, and we'll build the menu around it. We've been catering events across New Jersey since 1981 — 40 guests or 400, a backyard graduation or a formal dinner. Most drop-off menus include paperware, heating racks, and setup.

Every Menu Made to Order

Hot buffets, breakfast and brunch spreads, sandwich platters and boxed lunches, cocktail hors d'oeuvres, BBQ, and themed buffets — six menus, each with its own page above. Every dish is made to order, and any menu can be modified for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free guests.
