Jacques runs the kitchen and Exclusive Party Rentals of NJ from the same Hazlet address, so the buffet and the equipment arrive on one schedule, with one number to call when something changes.
The buffet is built for groups, with a 40-guest minimum: bratwurst or knockwurst, sauerbraten, Wiener schnitzel, potato pancakes, braised red cabbage and apple strudel. It runs a short season, and delivery depends on the date, where you are, and what else is on the books that day — so the earlier you ask, the more likely the answer is yes.

When is final payment due for Oktoberfest orders?
Final payment is due two days before your pickup, delivery, or event date.
Can I still make changes to my Oktoberfest order closer to the date?
A 50% deposit is required for orders placed 30 days or less before your event. If you book more than 30 days out, a $300 deposit secures your date. Deposits go toward your final balance and are non-refundable once paid.
What is your deposit policy for Oktoberfest catering?
Order changes need to be made at least seven days before your event — after that, your menu and guest count are considered final.
