THE CLUBHOUSE

A golf clubhouse on the Monmouth County course in Colts Neck, with a renovated ballroom, and a patio that looks out over the fairways. Ceremonies happen outside, cocktails on the patio, dinner in the ballroom with the course through the windows. Weddings, corporate receptions, communions, Sweet 16s and milestone parties all work in the same building.

Jacques is the exclusive caterer at Hominy Hill. Every event here is ours: the kitchen, the staff, the bar and the timing. One contract, one point of contact, and a room we know well enough to get a full ballroom plated while everything is still hot.

How It Works

BOOKING HOMINY HILL

One booking, one event. Because Jacques runs the clubhouse, there is no separate venue contract and no coordinating between two companies — you book the room and the catering together, through us.

We start with a conversation about your date and your guests, then a private tasting. From there you get a written proposal and one person to call from now until the last table is cleared. The clubhouse has its own site with full galleries, floor plans, capacity and upcoming bridal showcase dates if you want to look around before we talk.

Every Hominy Hill package is a full event: passed hors d’oeuvres and stations through cocktail hour on the patio, a plated or family-style dinner in the ballroom, a premium open bar, your cake and a service staff that stays until the last guest leaves.

Everything is cooked in the clubhouse kitchen and comes out hot.

The packages are a starting point, not a limit. Most couples adjust courses, swap stations or bring us a family recipe, and we price it as one proposal with no surprises. We’ll send the current menus and pricing guide the same day you ask.

GOLF OUTINGS

While your group is out on the course, we run the snack bar, the Golf Grill package and drinks on the trail, then dinner in the clubhouse when they come in. Corporate outings, charity tournaments or a group of friends — any day the course is open.

Yes. Jacques is the exclusive caterer at the clubhouse, so the room, the kitchen and the staff come together in one booking.

How many guests does the ballroom hold?

Can we have the ceremony there too?

Yes. Ceremonies are held outside with the course as the backdrop, with the ballroom as the rain plan.

Do you do events other than weddings?

Corporate receptions, communions, Sweet 16s, showers and milestone parties all run in the same room, and golf outings use the course and the clubhouse together.
