Elegant Fall Wedding

On a serene September Saturday, Emmie & Adam chose to forgo the traditional church wedding for a simpler, yet elegant, affair. The two were married on-site, stylishly hidden from first glance behind hedges while standing center stage for family and friends.

The Menu

Guests were greeted to a pre-ceremony beverage station as they arrived to witness the union. For cocktail hour, they were treated to baked brie stuffed with apples and cranberries surrounded by toasted slices of french bread. It was accompanied by an antipasto display and passed hot hors d’oeuvres.

Dinner was three wonderful hot stations. The hot chaffing dish station had rigatoni with butternut squash, Spanish paella and tender cubes of beef in a burgundy wine sauce. The second station was crepes, which had a selection of ratatouille or mixed seafood crepes. Finally, there was a panini station. Both stations had chefs cooking food to order.

For dessert, Emmie & Adam decided that a simple wedding cake wasn’t for them. Instead, the pair had a large cupcake on top of a tower of smaller assorted cupcake flavors that went on to surround the base. While their personal cupcake was Coco Loco, there were a total of ten unique flavors for guests to pick at, Mojito infused cupcakes, Tiramisu inspired and classic Strawberry shortcake to name a few.
