Summer Beach Wedding
Erin & Craig Giblock were married at the historic Sandy Hook Chapel on a picture perfect June afternoon, with an amazing backdrop of Sandy Hook Beach. This couple wanted a fun, casual elegance to their day and could think of no better spot to celebrate their union than with an outdoor beach wedding.
The Menu
Guests were treated to a cocktail hour in the beautiful chapel filled with braised short ribs, spicy beef empanadas, coconut shrimp and stuffed chicken quesadillas. Dinner was a buffet selection of filet mignon, grilled salmon, chicken Murphy and grilled chicken with mango salsa. The night ended on a sweet note. The guests were delighted with a delicious wedding cake with raspberry filling, Nutella mousse and buttercream along side a donut tower with take home bags.

The Design
Erin & Craig’s outdoor wedding was filled with summer colored flowers in hues of fuschia, ivory and blush mixed with greens throughout the ceremony and reception. A whimsical rustic touch of decor was added to the ceremony with mason jars filled with baby’s breath lining the aisle to a birch wood arch that the couple was married under. Every detail from the personalized wooden card box to the custom teak seating chart, had a cohesive feel that pulled the wedding together. Keeping with the natural landscape of the venue, succulent plants were given out as wedding favors. In the evening, the reception tent was transformed into a fun and casual atmosphere with pink up-lighting for family and friends to celebrate their new lives together.
