Reception Center Wedding

Ryan & Larry tied the knot in front of family and friends to celebrate their love on a beautiful July day. Their style reflected a simple, timeless elegance. The evening was filled with classic 90’s house music as they danced the night away. They even had a special performance from the group TKA to wish the couple congratulations on their union.

The Design

The colors for Ryan & Larry’s big day were ivory and gold which beautifully popped within the room. The couple used tall center pieces with long golden candles in glasses to keep the tables feeling open and bright. A number of ice carving were displayed throughout the room. Each carving held a different meaning for the couple and wowed guests. They also forwent the traditional sweetheart table and sat comfortably behind the white letters L O V E with a glass top for the wedding. This was a refreshing touch that just gave the wedding a special, one of a kind look.

The Menu

Before guests entered the main room, they were treated to a cold platter station. Mozzarella primavera with sliced tomatoes, a tiered antipasto display and assorted meat based miniature croissant sandwiches were beautifully displayed for all guests to pick at. Dinner was a buffet in a separate room. Here, a whole roasted pig was carved in front of all while they helped themselves to a summer salad with blue cheese, a lemon chicken with artichokes and other hot items.

After the wedding cake was served, a second buffet was offered to guests. They were served hoagie styled sandwiches and two chaffing dish items that ensured no one went home hungry.
