Moe & Adrienne's Wedding

At the beginning of August, Moe, and Adrianne tied the knot in front of many of their friends and family in a repurposed industrial space. This unique space in Paterson, New Jersey boasts numerous rooms featuring an Industrial Chic vibe able to fit up to 800 guests. On this day filled with laughter, fun, and memories, two wonderful people came together to create a day many will remember forever. This wedding shows that even the most unique spaces can and will still be special with the person you love.

The Décor

Contrasting the industrial theme of the venue, Moe and Adrianne choose to bring the outdoors inside. With numerous white floral arrangements and pops of color throughout the venue, they incorporated various elements that tie into a rustic theme. The long farm-style tables featured a green leafy runner that spanned the length of the table. In addition, the centerpiece worked to tie in the industrial with a tall metal base and the floral with a green leaf topper. In addition to the centerpieces, the ceilings of the rooms all featured unique elements such as string lights and white floral arrangements (ceremony room) or more greenery and larger globe lights (reception room). All in all, the décor was a great addition to the space, using it to contrast the industrial nature of the venue.

The Menu

The menu for this event was a combination of numerous styles and tastes. Various hot and cold hors d’oeuvres were passed in addition to their stations. Starting with the cocktail reception. First, the passed options were highlighted by the Filet Mignon on Crostini topped with pesto and onions. In addition, grilled shrimp skewers were served featuring a mango glaze and scallops wrapped in bacon to round off some of the highlights. In addition to passed items, numerous stations were available during the cocktail hour, including a cold station with Fresh Fruit Cornucopias, Crudites Baskets, and a full Italian Antipasto. Finally, the cocktail hour featured a fully manned action station to round it off. This station featured build-your-own sliders cooked and assembled by our trained chefs, genuinely adding a unique element to the reception.

Moving onto the menu for the main reception, Moe and Adrianne opted for the traditional buffet service, with our house International Salad and food options, including our famous Penne alla Vodka, Grilled Asparagus, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Chicken & Artichokes, Hawaiian Ham, Spanish Paella, and Pecan Crusted Salmon. To end the buffet, the event featured a beautiful Prime Rib Roast carved to order by our chefs, capping off a wonderful meal for the guests.
