Dinner by The Bite
The Drumthwacket Foundation is proud of its estate and strives to create a welcoming environment that allows people the ease of strolling through the many rooms. With this in mind, the menu for this event was based on dinner by the bite. This means that guests feel open to explore the rich history of the home in a relaxed setting.
The event took place throughout the whole first floor, as well as a tented area in the backyard. The rooms were elegantly crafted in a classic Christmas style throughout the manor. A traditional Christmas tree stood proud and tall in the library while the Music Room held wonderful displays donated to the home that blended well with the rest of the estate.

The Menu
Outside, in a beautifully tented area, wonderful hot and cold stations could be found. These stations were located in the center of the tent with two lines of pick up. Items on this station included the International Cheese Board, Antipasto station, assorted kabobs, Poached Salmon and a selection of hot dishes to make anyone hungry.
In the Music Room, guests were treated to a Baked Brie with apples, walnuts and cranberries baked inside. This was served with raisin walnut bread and sliced 7 grain baguette bread. It sat beside our crudite basket.
The final main room was the Library. This was were guests were treated to assorted cookies, miniature brownie & cheesecake bites, miniature cupcakes with seasonal decorations and coffee.
