FIRST SERVICE RESIDENTIAL
Two Meals
Because of the length of their event, the food service for First Service was broken up into two parts, breakfast and lunch. There was a private food service for the 175 vendors and a public service for the remaining guests. Both groups were treated to a wonderful selection of items and refreshing iced & hot drinks.

Breakfast
Breakfast service was our Continental Breakfast package. They were treated to freshly made bagels, donuts and muffins. There was freshly sliced fruits and an assortment of toppings for the bagels. Of course it wouldn’t be much of a breakfast without orange juice and coffee.
Lunch
For lunch service, there was a selection of sandwiches. Grilled marinated chicken with fresh mozzarella, oven roasted turkey & Pepper Jack cheese, and a vegetarian grilled wrap were some of the selections. This was served beside a pasta salad and Caesar salad with assorted bags of chips. Dessert came out at the same time for the enjoyment of the guests. Dessert was freshly baked homestyle cookies and brownies.
