Oceanside Wedding

Danielle & Jared chose the perfect spot to get married. It was a great reflection on who they are and what their relationship has brought them. The ceremony was held outside in front of the ocean with a cooling sea breeze blowing gently. Not a cloud in the sky! It was a perfect August day, just as they were clearly meant for each other.

The Menu

The bride & groom wanted to keep things laid back and easy on their guests. They hated the idea of forcing their guests to sit down and eat course after course rather than move about and mingle. With that in mind, they decided to do a buffet and stationed items in place of passed. They had assorted cheeses, from Blue and Brie to Cheddar and Pepper Jack. Assorted flatbread, crackers and gourmet bread sticks. For dinner, their guests indulged on Grilled Chicken w/Mango Salsa, Texas Beef Brisket, and Mussels w/Marinara, to name a few.

The Design

Danielle & Jared had dreamed of a beach side wedding. They used Sandy Hook’s Chapel to perfection. The open air ceremony was held on the lawn overlooking the bay. The cocktail hour was held under a large tent so their guests could enjoy the beautiful, sunny day and cool summer breeze. The reception then moved into the Chapel where they could relax away from the hot sun. Simple, upbeat and relaxed. There are no better words to describe the nature of the wedding or their relationship.
