Employee Appreciation Cocktail Party
To thank their employees for all their hard work in ensuring the best possible health care, Hackensack Meridian Health came to Jacques to show how much they valued their coworkers with a cocktail party.
The event was done to keep everyone feeling relaxed and to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves. The party was open seating with lounge furniture to encourage people to dance the evening away. The color of the room was blue with uplighting that really set the mood perfectly. It was clear that everyone had fun and enjoyed themselves.

The Menu
The cocktail party was made up of three parts. The first part was passed hors d’oeuvres and cold station items. This let guests ease into the party and allowed people to take their time to arrive. The cold station items were our Middle Eastern spread, international cheese board and grilled vegetables. Some passed items were tequila salmon, chicken Waldorf salad on Endive and grilled shrimp with a mango glaze.
After enough time passed to ensure that all guests had arrived, the hot items and salad station were opened. The salad was served in mason jars. There were three hot food stations; a sliders bar with sweet potato fries, a Cinco De Mayo station where fajitas were made to order and a hot chaffing dish station. Some chaffing dish items were our Spanish Paella and our chicken with artichokes & sun-dried tomatoes.
Dessert was an assortment of mouth-watering options set up next to a coffee station. Homestyle cookies, lemon-blueberry tarts, miniature cheesecakes, brownies and pots de creme were carefully displayed for the guests’ enjoyment.
