NICOLE & MICHAEL’S WEDDING

A towering ice sculpture was just a hint of the wonders to come. Just some of the cocktail hour dishes included grilled lamb chops, bbq beef sliders, our signature Martini Mashed Potato Bar, the list is almost never ending. The focal point was an elaborate display of fresh seafood, jumbo shrimps, crab claws, oysters on the half shell, just to name a few. The reception that followed was just as elaborate, but the “piece de’ resistance” was our cocktail style Viennese Hour. A rolling s’mores station, Espresso Bar, complete with cappuccino and cordials, and finally a grand display of endless sweets, cakes, pies and Italian cookies. Every guest was wowed by such a spectacular event!
