How much advance notice do I need for an Easter order?
Three weeks is the standard for all Jacques catering orders, and Easter week fills up early. The final cutoff for Easter is 11:00 AM on the Tuesday of Easter week — after that we can't add orders for the holiday.
Is delivery available for Easter catering?
Delivery is available for orders of $400 or more, based on schedule, location, and availability. Delivery charges apply. Delivery slots are limited, so early ordering is recommended.
What is your deposit policy for Easter orders?
For Easter, orders placed 30 days or less before pickup or delivery require a 50% deposit; orders booked further out require a $300 deposit to reserve your date. Deposits are applied to your balance and are non-refundable once paid.
When is final payment due for Easter orders?
Final payment for Easter orders is due two days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
How close to Easter can I make changes to my order?
Changes must be made at least seven days before pickup or delivery.
What is included with Family Dinners and Family Specials?
Family Dinners and Family Specials do not include paperware or heating racks unless specifically listed.
